This 8 week program is designed for military members and law enforcement. Mixed martial artists may also find this program beneficial.
You do NOT need to be a member of the military or law enforcement community to complete this program.
This program has a solid focus on running throughout as well as the building blocks to pass physical fitness tests - Strong strength component and plenty of intensity. Those looking to add intensity to their daily programming - give this one a try.
You will need access to a conventional gym as well as a track (preferred). You can use a treadmill but a track or sidewalk/outdoors is recommend.

The Military Program is the 4th plan I have bought from Derek Weida. I love all the workouts. They are a good combination of weightlifting and cardio. Exactly what I needed.
Excellent program. Bought the powerlifting one and the military prep one. Halfway through military prep, and going to start powerlifting next. its great! puts the hair on your chest.
