Be sure to download the files, then check your download folder on your phone (you may need to search "download folder" in the search menus to find it). Most of what was in it i already learned from years of following you but with that being said there were some cracks to fill in with my diet. I think your foodlosophy is good guide for the average person. What I like about this approach is that it doesn't take a dramatic change in one's diet to accomplish unlike some other diet plans do. All in all I enjoyed it and will listen/read it again in the future as a reminder.
I've read all the diet books, the nutrition books, even the love thyself books. This is the first time I've read (jokes, I listened to the audio book cause that was more fun) a book about nutrition that has an answer without preaching THE answer. I've been applying Derek's foodlosphy and am actually getting somewhere with my training and nutrition goals. Its a short read, but it gives advice that anyone can apply and get use from. Even people who just need a pat on the butt and a reminder to keep going - this is it.
I was expecting it to be longer than a page
To everyone complaining it's not a diet...to quote the description "This is NOT a diet. This is a story" so why the hell would you leave a one star review for not getting a diet. You probably think taking a shit means picking it up out of the toilet and leaving with it
The title alone and descriptors seem a bit deceiving. Thought I was going to be getting a diet plan that’s suitable to thus work out program but I didn’t. Waste of 20 bucks.
