      This is NOT a diet. This is a story. MY story about food! In it, you’ll learn what I know. You’ll learn what I’ve done...mistakes I’ve made and changes that have happened over the last 17 years in my own life of health and fitness. It took me a long time to figure out how to help people with nutrition in a way that I thought would be...helpful. This is very, “teach a man (or woman) to fish.” Not just GIVING a man or woman a fish. I don’t want to give you a diet to follow; I don’t believe in that. That’s not a long term solution. What IS a long term solution is creating the right mindset and behaviors when it comes to your health and fitness. I’m glad I waited so long to deliver something to you. I believe this can help you. I hope you enjoy it. I hope it helps.

      After you purchase the e-book, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out or read on your phone/tablet/computer (if that’s what you’re in to) and the audio MP3. Be sure to download the files, then check your download folder on your phone (you may need to search "download folder" in the search menus to find it). Each phone is a little different as to how it plays the MP3s (iPhone will play it right from the download folder).

Great insight into Derek’s philosophy but I would have liked for him to have included some type of meal plan. I knew from the beginning that it was not a meal plan. I like the way he writes, it’s honest and relatable

I liked how it wasn't exactly the same as anything else. This was something that puts things into perspective for you. It not only will get you on track but it will motivate you to do better in other aspects then dieting
