This 8 week program is designed to help you win your body back after adding a new member to the family. This program is to be completed in conjunction with the advice and guidance of your medical professional and after you have been cleared to begin exercising again.
Follow the program as designed, but most importantly be patient, listen to your body, and modify as needed. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort and speak to your medical team.

Equipment List includes:
- Pull-up bar/Squat rack with a pull-up bar - Rings
- Barbell + Plates
Nice to have but not necessary:
- Exercise Ball
- Medicine Ball
- Assault Bike/Echo Bike/C2 Bike/Bike that counts calories
- Access to a pool
This program really pushed me without any exercises that strained me too much. I felt so much stronger mentally and physically after the first couple weeks.
