Just Move Program
This 8 week introductory program is designed for individuals who want to start moving more. The program begins with machines, with a slow progression into bodyweight exercises, finally adding in DBs/KBs.
The goal is to give you a solid foundation to build on and graduate from this program to either the So Fit or So Fit At Home programs.
You will need access to conventional gym machines, DBs/KBs, bands, etc.
Daily program length is no greater than 45 minutes - most days 30 minutes.
