INTRO to GOOD ENOUGH is a 4-week introduction program to start you on your fitness journey or re-introduce you back if you haven't been active in a while. -

Good Enough was designed with one goal in mind: to get you in and out of the gym (or home) quickly, but with purpose and direction. These workouts are built to give you the most out of your time and effort.
Each day includes a warm up, strength session, conditioning workout, and some accessory work to give you the most out of your sessions.

This program is intended to be performed with limited equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Bodyweight. Be surprised by the amount of progress you can make with very limited resources/equipment.
