      Each day includes a warm up, strength session, accessory work, and a conditioning workout which is the way I like to train.

      This program is intended to be performed at a "standard" gym.  Most standard gym equipment and machines are required.

I’ve done the So Fit 2021.1 program and loved it. I did a different program and it just didn’t hit the same. I decided I wanted to try Conplete and it has everything I can ask for. Every work is a challenge, but rewarding when finished. I highly recommend this program.

Great overall program

Loved the program especially the conditioning at the end. I liked how the program pushed me to do new exercises and build strength and I feel like I learned a lot. Sometimes the directions were a bit unclear like « bench » 4x8-12 or sometimes I wasn’t sure which version of the exercise was intended but maybe it doesn’t r really matter too much as long as the muscle group is being worked. Will be a repeat customer and will recommend.
