A 9-week CONPLETE fitness program (1 test week and 8 training weeks), designed for all fitness levels but will also humble the avid gym go-er.
Each day includes a warm up, strength session, accessory work, and a conditioning workout which is the way I like to train.

This program is intended to be performed at a "standard" gym. Most standard gym equipment and machines are required.

I was able to make it through week 1 with a love/hate relationship. I love the format & felt like even the “test” week was hard enough to make me toss my cookies. Unfortunately I broke my hand & had to have it surgically repaired so I had to take some unplanned time off but I Will be picking it back up as soon as my Dr clears me.
I have enjoyed this program. Thank you!
So far program was awesome but I wish there was percentages for heavy lifts. Thank you again Derek for killing it!
Im an Air Force guy that does traditional lifting and cardio and wanted a change. This was just what I needed. The perfect combo of HIIT and heavy lifting. Starting week 3 and already feeling stronger and faster! Cant wait to see how I feel in week 5!
