Your next 8 weeks of squat workouts are planned out for you in advance! There are 4 workouts per week for 8 weeks. Mix these in with your routine.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 9 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work!

Love that this program is giving me structured workouts during this quarantine with the home workouts. Starting to see definition in my quads with doing 2-4 leg workouts a week. Can’t wait for the rest of the program only on the second week.

It's a great program just bought it at the wrong time ha all the gyms here in Germany even on base got shut down so gotta wait to use it!
This program is dope!!! I used to hate legs but now with this I cant wait to developed tree trunk legs to kick over fucking smart cars in Seattle.
