      This 8 week program was designed by a close friend and coach who has 6 Team USA qualified athletes and countless state records.

      Designed for athletes who have a lifting foundation and is NOT recommended for athletes who are new to Olympic lifting.

      You will need access to a decent barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, DBs and KBs.

      Each session takes approximately one hour.
