      A 9-week CONPLETE fitness program (1 test week and 8 training weeks), designed for all fitness levels but will also humble the avid gym go-er.

      Each day includes a warm up, strength session, accessory work, and a conditioning workout which is the way I like to train - AND Coaches Notes!

      This program is intended to be performed at a "standard" gym.  Most standard gym equipment and machines are required.

Great program

I really like these workouts. I enjoy the challenge and can see growth. I started with the Mil program, then went through Conolete Phase 1, and now half way through Phase 2. I hope phase 3 works on speed and endurance.
