Your next 8 weeks of squat workouts are planned out for you in advance. There are 4 workouts per week, for 8 weeks. Mix these in with your routine.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via email to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on. (if that’s what you’re into) and 9 .jpg’s to put on your phone so that you have that weeks workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work.
It's a great program just bought it at the wrong time ha all the gyms here in Germany even on base got shut down so gotta wait to use it!
