      Twelve MORE weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right? 

      Required Equipment

      1. Your body
      2. Some dumbbells 
      3. Some kettlebells 

       

      What ya get:

      After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workout where you need them in the gym. Download the files (check your download folder on your phone) then save those to your camera roll and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

I have no doubt that 2.0 builds greatly off of the base you build in 1.0 and am looking forward to getting there. These training plans are a great value and worth well more than what was paid for them. If you’re on the fence, stop hesitating and just go for it!

Everything Derek puts out is 5 stars

I'm only on week 2 but I already know this is 5 stars. You will never in life find this quality programming so cheap. I don't know why he screws himself over monetarily for us but I thank you for it sir. I've completed 3 other programs and use the rep schemes in the Weida Way frequently. I'll be back to the So Fucking Fit programming as soon as gyms are open again but in the meantime the at home workouts are not only effective and challenging but they're fun! Thanks Derek!
