The information was great but a little generic. His method is to get you to create your own meal plan based on yourself.
Amazing! Derek puts this read into a form that anybody can understand and relate to. Throughout the whole thing it never feels forced or as he’s telling you this is how you should do things. It’s just a guy being open and honest about his experiences and how this may or may not be for you. Take what what you want from it but if you really listen you’ll get a realistic view point on embracing yourself and the results.
