The Weida Way
My classic training program I developed years ago after years of training. It's based off of what I found to be fun and what I thought worked. It’s a great way to train! Truth is, all the movements are the basics. It’s the rep schemes that make this program unique, enjoyable, and effective!! I created this in 2010 and still follow it today!! Enjoy! -Derek
What ya get:
My workout for chest, back, leg, shoulders, and arms. I post video tutorials in the Facebook group around these movements. Join the FREE group and search for the videos in the archive.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and I put the workout on 5 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have the movements where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work!
Honestly a fun little program, straight forward and to the point. Worked up a damn good sweat and felt like I really hit the area of the day really well. However, it just feels a bit much to pay $45 to get 5 jpegs. If there were some additional add ons, like nutrition or a cardio plan, that would be cool but just seems a bit much to pay for a rep scheme. All in all, awesome workout and will definitely continue to hit it. If you are thinking about it do it! At the end of the days it’s worth it.
Not going to lie they leave me sore as mf but I get up everyday ready to attack and keep on going 🤙the wieda way all day bby get some!
