When this program came out, I was a little skeptical. I had previously purchased the Weida Way program and was following that for months and I loved it. I was a little worried paying another $20 for what I thought was going to be a few minor adjustments. I was wrong. This program incorporates a lot of the same general lifts and rep schemes but the split is almost entirely different, there’s WAY more guidance that gives it an almost personal feel, and I think it’s more effective overall. This program is easily worth more than the $20 charged, and honestly worth more than the price of the The Weida Way and this program combined.
There aren't many programs that are going to have you covered for a multitude of goals like this. There also aren't many fitness guides out there that don't just rehash Starting Strength with body building rep schemes. The original Weida way was simple, challenging, and most importantly effective. - However the updated version should cost at least double the asking price considering the amount of thought put in to what it's like to actually run this program for growth, strength, fat loss, etc. Only run this program if you're looking to make some real progress.
I’ve been doing the Weida way for a while now and I feel like I had gotten used to it. This program is absolutely savage so far. I haven’t been this sore in a long while and boy does it feel good. Derek really put together an amazing program here so take advantage of it. This shit right here is absolutely savage.
Haven’t done the work yet since it’s almost midnight. But looking over the program, it looks like it is a really good program! And the recommendation to add the conditioning pieces from So Fucking Fit answered my number one question. While Derek’s body hates him (his bicep and half leg atleast), his skill at programming is only going up.
