I've been out of the gym for like 3 years and even when I did go, I fucking hated it because I spent 1.5 to 2 hours a day there and saw very little results. After doing this program for 4 weeks now, I'm seeing results and all workouts take almost exactly an hour. The workouts are brutal, but the way they're set up lets you go hard on every exercise! Fucking love it, even on the leg days where I can barely walk back to my truck!
At first glance the movements seem simple but the execution part has been very effective. I've done a variety of plans similar to this one, but this is structured in a way that really breaks you down and kicks your ass. I really appreciate all of the insights and notes along with the plan. I would recommend to anyone getting back into the gym after some time away.
Great structure to the plan, I thought it was gonna be 12 weeks off different lifts, not just a 5 day routine. Other than that, wonderful!
Loving it. Just got back into working out and it's kicking my ass but it's working. Slowly getting back into the swing of things and I would 100% recommend as a workout plan for anybody.
Confirmed, works on people with two legs just as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
