I have been doing CrossFit for a little over 6 years, but my local gym recently shut down. I was at a loss, but decided to keep going. I was afraid to try an at home program, worried it would be too difficult for me, but this program is very well balanced. That’s not to say it doesn’t kick my ass some days, it does, but overall I am really enjoying the programming.
I started right away and just finished up week 2. The sofit a home program is challenging and has a great variety so I’m not bored. I always see abs feel a great change
I got this thinking I wanted to work on getting back into shape, other than the rotund I had become after back surgery. This has pushed me to the limits of an at home workout, and I’m excited to get further into the program. Some of the moves I need to modify to be able to do myself due to my fusion, but luckily there are enough variations in the program to be able to do just that. I’m already think long about the regular sofit program for when I get back into the gym.
Great home workout that has me feeling and looking better than I have in years
Right out of the gates, I was humbled at how out of shape I didn’t know I was. By the second week I could feel myself getting stronger and standing taller. I think the best feeling is hitting your breaking point where you think you have to finish a set early, but then pushing right past it with another set 90sec later. The body can be stronger than the mind let’s you think it is sometimes. I probably would not have started working out if I couldn’t start at home first.
