Bought (and completed SoFitAtHome 2021.1) and loved it. Thought I'd give this a go, as well. Overall structure is the same, with some new movements sprinkled in to keep it fresh. Bottom line - Part II will whoop your ass as well, in the best way. 5 stars. Just started week 12 and I'm stronger and better conditioned, period. Bring on III.

After our 3rd bout of lockdowns in Canada, I needed something more than variations of just pushups and air squats. With temps warming up and a couple dumbbell and kettlebell purchases, I could take my workouts outside to the park, or the green space outside my apartment and get my ass KICKED. Derek provides plenty of movements that were both new and challenging, and the conditioning portion of each workout had me feeling better post workout than I've ever felt! They're quick, painful, and an absolute blast. For the price, you can't go wrong for this home program. A perfect program for crazy times. Highly recommend!
This workout is no joke. Beyond happy I went with it! It will push you every single day. As soon as you think your body is getting used to it Derek hits you with something new! I highly recommend this if you’re willing to have discipline and get after it. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Derek for kicking my A$$ back into shape
