I love FoodLosophy because it’s very easy and simple to follow, not difficult by any means. Derek gets you to change your nutrition for life, not following a fad diet for 12 weeks.

It is nice to hear actual experience and struggles that someone figured out along the way, a human; not someone spewing what the learned from the internet or some bullshit degree. Derek doesn’t tell you what you need to do and how to do it, he teaches you the mindset you need to consider in a relationship with food. This isn’t going to be handed to you, nothing that works will ever be handed to you. The work falls on you and some people don’t like that but that’s why they continually flip through stupid fad diet after stupid fad diet. This isn’t a quick fix, this is to initial a mental evaluation of yourself to start getting yourself on track with a lot of input on supplements and things to consider. It’s mostly common sense but it’s awesome to hear it from someone whose actually got it figured out that doesn’t eat boiled chicken, white rice, and broccoli 8 times a day.
Love the no BS approach to eating right! Derek has completely changed the way I train and eat!
