Great insight into Derek’s philosophy but I would have liked for him to have included some type of meal plan. I knew from the beginning that it was not a meal plan. I like the way he writes, it’s honest and relatable
I liked how it wasn't exactly the same as anything else. This was something that puts things into perspective for you. It not only will get you on track but it will motivate you to do better in other aspects then dieting
