All of Derek’s workouts have completely reshaped how I approach working out and how much I enjoy it. These workouts are tough, but I can see and feel a change happening in real time. This is my fourth purchase from Derek and I would recommend ALL his routines.

Solid program just like Phase 1. I enjoy that it ties your base lifts (bench, dead, squat) with a good mix of cardio. None of the fancy ass CrossFit stuff, just solid pipe hitter shit. Thanks Derek!

Great program
I really like these workouts. I enjoy the challenge and can see growth. I started with the Mil program, then went through Conolete Phase 1, and now half way through Phase 2. I hope phase 3 works on speed and endurance.
