Perfect for the isolation fitness enthusiasts. Cheap to buy the minimum equipment to do at home but minimalist enough to do the workouts at the gym and not take up a bunch of space or equipment. Results are similar to the New Years Chellenge after 4 weeks. The workouts leave me feeling accomplished and having a ton of energy/stamina throughout my workday of 10-12 hours on average. I'll definitely be buying another workout plan from Derek once I complete this one.
Used the first series and was super pumped to see 2.0 coming out. So far the first 2 weeks have been exactly what my body needed!
