GREAT WAY TO ADD TO THE LEG ROUTINE
Been using this as rehab for me knee and it’s been kicking my ass and strengthening my legs
Love it. Paired it with the 2020.1 and never been happier with the programming. Only two weeks in but a believer that it’ll work as long as you do!
Love that this program is giving me structured workouts during this quarantine with the home workouts. Starting to see definition in my quads with doing 2-4 leg workouts a week. Can’t wait for the rest of the program only on the second week.
