This plan is a good one. I just have to stick with it.
Almost through week 2 and so far this program is worth every penny and then some. Each workout takes roughly an hour and you will be sweating every second of it. I am using this program as a launchpad to get off the couch. Definitely looking forward to the next 10 weeks and pushing myself to get better and see how far I can go in this timeframe.
For ths past 5 years since ive been out of the army, ive done nothing but powerlifting. I have been so god damn sore for the past 2 weeks its f!@#ing stupid.good program to work towards, bad program to switch to from powerlifting 🤣🤣🤣🤣🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
