At Home 12 Week - Body Weight / Kettlebell / Dumbbell
Twelve weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

What ya get:
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll (they will likely be in your downloads) and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

I’m a month in and I’m on week 6 of the workouts due to not taking many test breaks. I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed every work out, some more than others. The way it is broken down always challenges me mentally and physically. I’m drenched after every workout. Every exercise can be modified or scaled down and you can’t beat the price!!
