      8-week program for Fall My TransPHORMation Challenge. Daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right? 

      Required Equipment

      1. Your body
      2. Some dumbbells 
      3. Some kettlebells 


      What ya get:

      After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll (they will likely be in your downloads) and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

Top notch workout! Works lots of muscle groups and has a great rest period inbetween each group so you don’t burn yourself out! Love This!

Great All Around Program

The TransPHORM at Home program is a great all around program. The workout program is scalable to easy to follow. I appreciate that each workout includes warmup, strength, and conditional portions. I highly recommend this or the SoFit programs for at home workouts with minimal equipment. I do wish that they included more pullups (but I get it since it's intended to require minimal equipment). I have only glanced at the foodlosophy so I can't really speak on that part of the program. I have purchased and executed multiple Weida Workout programs and they never fail to kick my ass and deliver as promised. TransPHORM at Home is no different.
