A 12-week program to start the New Year off right At Home! Perfect for all levels, whether you are new to fitness, getting your fitness back, or looking to spice things up in your exercise routine.
Each day includes a warm up, strength session, accessory work, and a conditioning workout using only your bodyweight, dumbbells/kettlebells, which is the way I like to train, build and maintain lean body mass and burn fat. Especially convenient at home, on the road, and they’re great cardio workouts if stationary machines bore you, like me! You choose your weight, challenge yourself but make it doable.
