Twelve MORE weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

If you did not purchase the At Home 2021.1 or the 2021.2 program, YOU CAN STILL DO THIS PROGRAM! However, we do recommend starting from the beginning.
What ya get:
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) so that you have that week's workout where you need them in the gym. Download the files (check your download folder on your phone)! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.
