      Twelve MORE weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

      If you did not purchase the At Home 2021.1 program, YOU CAN STILL DO THIS PROGRAM! However, we do recommend starting from the beginning. 

      What ya get:

      After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workout where you need them in the gym. Download the files (check your download folder on your phone) then save those to your camera roll and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

Bought (and completed SoFitAtHome 2021.1) and loved it. Thought I'd give this a go, as well. Overall structure is the same, with some new movements sprinkled in to keep it fresh. Bottom line - Part II will whoop your ass as well, in the best way. 5 stars. Just started week 12 and I'm stronger and better conditioned, period. Bring on III.

Exactly what I needed!

After our 3rd bout of lockdowns in Canada, I needed something more than variations of just pushups and air squats. With temps warming up and a couple dumbbell and kettlebell purchases, I could take my workouts outside to the park, or the green space outside my apartment and get my ass KICKED. Derek provides plenty of movements that were both new and challenging, and the conditioning portion of each workout had me feeling better post workout than I've ever felt! They're quick, painful, and an absolute blast. For the price, you can't go wrong for this home program. A perfect program for crazy times. Highly recommend!

This workout is no joke. Beyond happy I went with it! It will push you every single day. As soon as you think your body is getting used to it Derek hits you with something new!
