      Twelve MORE weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

      If you did not purchase the At Home 2021.1 program, YOU CAN STILL DO THIS PROGRAM! However, we do recommend starting from the beginning. 

      What ya get:

      After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workout where you need them in the gym. Download the files (check your download folder on your phone) then save those to your camera roll and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

Hard as hell

In a great way* with covid i was stuck in a body weight/cardio rut. This program has given me some new exercises that help mix standard lifting combos with more dynamic movements. Big fan

Fantastic program

This is my third set of 12 weeks with this program and before I found it I had been looking for something like this for forever. Was able to gain 30lbs of muscle in about 30 weeks doing these consistently and paying attention (as much as I could) to my nutrition. I only have a pull-up bar, 35 and 50 DBs, a KB, and a jump rope and that is really all you need for this.

Worth. Every. Penny.
