      Another twelve weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

      3. Some kettlebells 


      What ya get:

      After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll (they will likely be in your downloads) and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

Burpees and cat calls

This is a great well balanced program. I feel stronger and my cardio is improved. And according to a young woman hanging out of her van as I was running shirtless, I look hot. She seemed like the type to be down for oral in a handicapped porta-potty at a rock festival but it still made me feel like the work I’d done with this program had some effect.


It works great for at home workouts! I love it


Derek did it again... kicking my butt daily. Seems like the strength section is just built to make me hate the conditioning... I love it.


After some injuries at Fort Knox 12 years I've used them as an excuse to not get back in shape. I've lifted weights but always lacked that push to really take it to the next level. I'm only 1 week in and I already feel better, mentally and physically. Derek gives you the tools and the rest is up to you.
