So Fit At Home 2021.1
Another twelve weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll (they will likely be in your downloads) and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.
I've been using Dereks home workouts since last year. When I hit week 12 of my last work out I knew I needed to come back and get the next available one. I am on week 4 and not disappointed. I feel stronger and healthier. Which makes me feel happier. I recommend his work outs to all my friends and family.
This program is the best guide I’ve ever followed for not only a home workout, but any workout. I feel like this clicked a switch in me for a lifelong new way of training.
There is a pattern to the madness but every week is different. There is so much variety you don’t even have a chance to plateau or get bored, I’m on week 7 and still getting sore, still being pushed, still googling new lifts and movements I’ve never done (or haven’t done enough to remember). I am losing inches every week and becoming the strongest I’ve been since college. I am a single parent and we are full remote work and school for my son. This program has been an amazing pandemic- remote life, anti depressant. I’m so grateful everyday I got this. This program makes me take the time for myself, kicks my butt, makes me feel and look better, and resets my brain to keep getting after it.
Great workout with minimal equipment. Kept me in shape when my gym was closed. Even without a gym I would feel sore like I was using heavier weights.
I am loving this workout program! I’m fairly petite to begin with but I noticed that I lost some flab I didn’t think I had. I’m starting to build some muscle which is awesome! I’m so tired of workouts for women being geared towards just losing weight, whereas I’ve always wanted to build some muscle but didn’t know where to start. This program is perfect, and even with 2 kids and 2 dogs underfoot these never take me too long. In fact, the 4 year old has a blast doing some of it with me! 10/10 recommendation from me.
