Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. What ya get:
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a plain paper .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workout where you need it in the gym. Download the files (check your download folder on your phone) then save those to your camera roll and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

No complaints about burpees. But those tuck jump squats makes me puke on my dick
The workouts are great!! My only complaint is the main workout printout is incomplete. You have to download each week individually but other than that I’m loving the workouts!
