What ya get:
This is an 8 week program with 5 workouts to mix into your week that do not require a lot of equipment. Just like in the infantry, K.I.S.S.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via email to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on. (if that’s what you’re into) and 8 .jpg’s to put on your phone so that you have that weeks workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work.
