A 12 week program to start the new year off right! Perfect for all levels. Whether you're new to fitness, getting your fitness back, or just looking to change things up, this program is for you. This program was intended to be possible at a normal gym.
The required equipment is: Treadmill, Squat Rack, Barbell (w/weights), Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Bench (adjustable preferred, especially if you don’t have access to a cable machine),Pull Up Bar, Jump Rope
Not necessary, but nice to have additional equipment: Plyo Box (can use the bench), Rings/TRX Straps, Rower (substitute for rowing is 500m rowing = 400m/ ¼ mile run. 20calorie row = 200m/ 1/8 mile run), Cable Machine (which can be substituted with dumbbells, if necessary), Assault Bike/Any bike that tracks calories, Ez-Bar can be substituted with a normal barbell
What ya get:
Your next 12 weeks of strength and conditioning are planned out for you in advance. There are 11 weeks of training and a test week at the end to see how you've improved.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via email to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on. (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpg’s to put on your phone so that you have that weeks workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work. There is also a file that translates some of the acronyms we use.

Workouts are pretty fucking intense, but worth it in the end
Thought I was in decent shape and this program is efficiently kicking my ass. First program I have ever bought and I love the ease of grabbing the workout and getting started with no planning on my part. I had a couple questions about the program so I emailed and got a reply with the answers within 24 hours. Awesome program, awesome service, awesome price. Do it.
I was already in pretty decent shape but was getting bored with my same old routine. I have been listening to dereks podcast and figured hell i will try one of his programs just to check it out plus its extremely cheap compared to others. Im glad I did because it has been awesome. I like how it incorporates strength and conditioning and was definitely a good change of pace for me. It is not easy but the variety of different exercises keeps it fun. I highly recommend this program for anybody trying to get in shape or just looking for something new.
