At Home 12 Week - Body Weight / Kettlebell / Dumbbell
Twelve weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who work out at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. That’s what you’re here for, right?

What ya get:
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .pdf to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll (they will likely be in your downloads) and get to work! There is also a Master Key file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

This is one of the best home workout programs ever. Derek is a twisted individual that has you cussing him out, then when you’ve finished the workout you’re thanking him and feel great.
