12 weeks of daily workouts using only your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells! Perfect for those of you who workout at home, those of you often on the road, or they’re even great cardio workouts if (like me) stationary machines tend to bore you! But...just because we’re using minimal equipment here doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a hell of a workout. You choose your own weights. Make it doable but challenging. After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via e-mail to download your files. You get a .doc to print out and write on (if that’s what you’re into) and 12 .jpgs to put on your phone so that you have that week's workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work! There is also a file to explain some of the acronyms we use.

Awesome workout program, the master key is very helpful with all the acronyms. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to do home workouts!
