What ya get:
These are broken into 10 beginner, 10 intermediate, and 10 advanced workouts. These can be use as a starting point to conditioning workouts or added on to something like The Weida Way (my workout for the last 15 years) to get your cardio.
After you purchase the program, you’ll be sent a link via email to download your files. You get 3 .doc’s to print out and write on. (if that’s what you’re into) and 13 .jpg’s to put on your phone so that you have that weeks workouts where you need them in the gym. Save those to your camera roll and get to work.
